Howdy, I'm Janelle Lamothe Rose a visual designer and creative director based in Toronto.

As a design leader with 10+ years of experience shaping thoughtful, user-centered experiences across brand and digital. I work end-to-end, from research and creative direction through to hands-on prototyping and polished design. I have a strong belief that great design should feel as good as it looks. My sweet spot is bridging brand and experience, bringing a marketing backbone to design systems so that identity, interaction, and storytelling work together seamlessly. I’ve worked across web, UX, brand, CRM, packaging, print, video, and art direction. As a leader, I value passion, collaboration, and tenacity, mentoring designers and partnering closely with cross-disciplinary teams while fostering a culture of curiosity, excellence, and psychological safety. With over a decade of hands-on experience, I bring a well-rounded and holistic approach to all my work. I'm currently leading creative projects as an Associate Creative Director at GALE.
